I had gift certificates from Fitness Depot that my sister and father got me for my b-day. Decided to go use them today. www.nlfit.com/frameDipstation.htmOne of the things I really miss in my home gym is a good place to do dips. Now I don't miss it anymore!!! Me = happy.

Very nice Rich! Love it for Tri's and Pec's.
However, my FAVORITE [glow=red,2,300]dips [/glow]are either a douple or triple [glow=red,2,300]dip [/glow]of Dutch Chocolate almond or Mint Chocolate Chip! ;D

Nice!!! I just bought one of those too!! Along with a really good sturdy rack and bench for my "home" gym. Also a treadmill. This way we can do our workouts at home during the week and hit the gym on the weekends. Less stress.

Plus I'm going to pick up a set of DB's tonight - 95's to 120's in 5 lb increments.
My gym is going to RULE!!!!

Well, I got the dumbbells. Turns out 1290 lbs of iron makes a car ride fairly low - LOL! The drive back home was funny. I was looking DOWN at the road when I looked in the rear-view mirror.
I also discovered that bringing 1290 lbs of dumbbells from the car into the house down the stairs into the gym is not necessarily the easiest thing in the world ...

Great choice Rich... it must be awesome to have nice home gym like yours! If I remember well, you have almost everything you need for a complete training now! So what's next? A legs press machine of something like that?

Great choice Rich... it must be awesome to have nice home gym like yours! If I remember well, you have almost everything you need for a complete training now! So what's next? A legs press machine of something like that? I need a leg press, hyper-extension bench, and a DB rack. Anything other than that and I'm just being silly! I don't know if I have the space for it all though ...
