I'll be at the show so am not sure if I can get on line. If I can, I will keep you posted.
Sounds like an interesting show. Kai Greene seems to be the one to beat, but with Dave Henry, Brian Chamberlain, Canadian Lou Joseph and several other foreign contenders, it should be very competitive. There will be an under 202 division for the men, but it will not be an Olympia qualifier.
There will also be 15 ladies trying to qualify for Ms. O, including Annie Riveccio, Colette Nelson and Debbie Bramwell.
Anyone thinking of going, it will be at Tribeca in Manhattan. Call ahead for ticket availability (www.bevfrancis.com) especially for night show. Prejudge at 11AM and evening show at 6PM.

Pre judge is over. Very good 202 men's class. Should be between Dave Henry and Kevin English. In the open, there was Kai Greene and everyone else, period. Ben White looked very good and he and crossovers Henry and English should be in top 5. Strong women's event with Cathy Le Francois and Rosemary Jennings looking very good. Will not be back on line till Monday, but www.musculardevelopment.com should have results up by morning.

I'm happy Cathy won, I met her in vegas at the USAs and she was very nice to me and made me a fan. I also worked out next to her when I was at the golds there so again it was cool. Kai Green is sick all I gotta say. I like this 202 class and I hope it continues as It gives me something to shoot for.

I think the 202 division is very important and hope it remains. There are some lighter athletes who did not accept pro cards even though they were eligible (Jose Raymond for example), because they understandably felt that they would not be able to compete with the huge freaky pros. But now more will become pros now that they have the chance to be competitive on the IFBB stage.
Europa had this division last year and is sticking with it this year. And there will be a 202 at Atlantic City. Even at the Olympia, there will be a 202, but it is not part of the Olympia show. There were 20 men in the 202 at the NY Pro, so the interest is there.
Now if there would only be some Pro Masters events!

I think Martin Kejellstrom should have placed at least one place higher. Quality lineup- David Henry looked great.

Agreed, Mike. 202 class could have gone either way. Was a case of Eglish and Henry both coming in at their best.
Kjellstrom looked extremely good, and could have been 5th or 6th.
