Helluuuu there ;D
I just wondered suddenly... What are the best books you´ve ever read about bodybuilding? Mind, training and/or nutrition!
My absolute favorite is the book SLICED with Negrita Jayde! I just love the way she thinks!

I seem to remember a book by Weider, maybe "Ultimate BBIng" is the title, that had a whole chapter on psychology in BBing and how the mind is needed and how to take advantage of that. Only book I can think of that I've read though.

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale carnegie
In my opinion the title of the book turns alotof people off and it did to me when I took the course thru work back in 1997.
Fact of the matter is the book teaches you how to communicate better with others.
I am reading it again after 7 years as I feel I am long overdue in reminding myself once again how to communicate properly.

I like Sliced and Yates' Blood & Guts too. I'd have to say my all-time favorite (besides Arnold's Encyclopedia, of course) would have to be Perfect by Bob Paris. His second, "Beyond Perfect" is pretty good also.

"Sliced"was an excellent book.. I especially liked the way it outlined the different stages your body goes through on the way to getting shredded. It was very insightful. I think most people severly underestimate the amount of weight they actually need to lose in order to get into "REAL" contest shape & this book helped in that area tremendously. Also, I enjoyed the "Three more reps" series. Those were very informative for people interested in the "old school bodybuilders" such as Boyer Coe, Danny Padilla, Ricky Wayne, Dennis Tinerino, etc.. Dorian's Blood & Guts was a good read as well. Finally, a bizarre, but insightful look into the mind of a wannabe bodybuilder is "Muscle: Confessions of an unlikely bodybuilder" by Samuel W. Fussell. This was a great eye-opener offering a different perspective on this obsession we call bodybuilding. Well worth the read if you can find it!
