Hi guys and gals, I'm very sorry I haven't been here for a LONG LONG TIME and I missed you great people. I've been pretty busy with LIFE and stuff. I just recently got done with my first year as a high school coach for lacrosse and it was a big learning experience on commitment. Also work has been busy as I'm getting up there in the ladder = more responsibilities. I'm sitting here like omg I haven't been to Tim's site in a while and all my friends here so I'm here again and will be back to usual posting when I have time. I got tons of thread to read. Again miss you guys and it's great to be back..

Oh the show front I'm planning on two fall shows the West Va Grand Prix in Sept and the MD Grand Prix in Oct. I'm bout 17 weeks out and at around 218 so I'll keep you guys all updated and stuff!

Good to have you back man!!! Congrats on climbing the ladder...all those responsibilities also translate into better things. While it sucks not being here or doing other things you want to, hopefully the climb is worth it!!!
