Alright guys and gals here is some new pics. I can already see rear lat spread sucks. I figured out the problem, not taking enough time setting it up. Front bicep[sorry Rich] I did not turn peak up enough. Okay I have been honest with me, now it is your turn.

Roger, you're conditioning looks really close. I would continue to drink lots of water. You're posing is good, like you said maybe you're not setting up properly for your lat spread. Looks like your hands are up too high. I always put my thumbs on my lower back and "pull" them around to my sides and you don't necessarily have to curve your back so much because it can diminish the detail in your back. Usually I'll hit it both ways though.
Like I said you are very close to contest condition and shouldn't have any trouble nailing it with the time that remains.

Honestly, I think that your posing is better than ever and your physique has improved a lot (you truly add some muscle mass), congrats Roger!
If you dont mind, I'd have a couple of questions for you. What's your bodyweight in those pics and how many litter/gallon of water do you drink?
Good job Roger!

You're looking great Roger! The posing is improved for sure. If you practice regularly with an observer, or a camera, or both, it will continue to improve. The mirror is NOT ideal for practicing posing. No judge sees you from that angle, plus you have to turn your head to the mirror, which messes up your whole pose sometimes.
I love your front lat spread in that pic. Looks very good. Joel has good advice about the rear.

Been behind on posting lately. Thanks Tim, Scott, Hoopie and Rich. I am not practicing poses as much as I would like. Not enough time in the day. Going to try and hit it every day for the last 2 weeks. Scott, the show is the Northwest Arkansas Classic in Bentonville. It is under the NANBF organization [ Norhth America Natural Bodybuilding Federation] My age a very young 52 LOL

Great advice here, Roger. And I think you look very good at the 3 weeks mark.
I like the posing. Looks good, and the front lat does look better. Only suggestion I have, try bringing your hands up just a little higher on side chest. it will highlight bis and chest more.
Good luck!
