8 eggwhites 0 fat, 0 carb, 30g protein .5 cup oats 2g fat, 15g carb, 4g protein .5 cup FF cottage cheese 0g fat,5g carb (all sugar ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) ), 12g protein .5 banana 0g fat, 9g carbs, 1g protein 1/2 cup blueberries 0g fat, 10g carbs, 1g protein Totals 2g fat, 39g carbs, 48g protein 400 cals makes about 5 pancakes...... ihop size.

Billy, I also very like protein pancakes! Your recipe has a great proteins/carbs ratio, NICE! Randy, isn't similar to your pancakes recipe?
