Fit, Karrie, Tim, and Joel.... Thanks for the comments. Had a great off season of training...will be stepping on stage 13-17 pounds heavier than a year ago....maybe even more depending on what happens while carbing AFTER the weigh in. Last time competing as a Middleweight...getting much lower than 176 is very diffficult this year....next year I'll compete as a Light Heavyweight.
