i also do a headstand on a swiss ball and do my leg presses vertically...all you have to do is wear workboots, then the bar settles into that arch groove wow, i actually misspelled "wear"...i'm completely flabbergasted

I actually chucked one at my old gym, clear across the joint going "Arrrrgggghhhh I hate you Barbie" Big laughs I tell you, big laughs....

Okay, okay, I can see I'm outnumbered here.....I know when to shut up!! ;D You all just keep doing whatever the hell you want on the machines, I'll just keep ranting about it........ I personally prefer the Standing/Seated Calf Machine, as well as the Donkey calf machine if I can find it. I use the leg sled for just that..LEGS

I am sure many of you get asked over and over, How much do you bench?
Jeez, I get tired of that. People see that you are fairly big and obviously workout so that is always a question that you are going to get. I have never had anyone say what do you squat or dead, it is always bench.

If they say "How much do you lift?" instead of bench, the just tell them I dead xxx and walk away.

hahaha...I just walked past a new gym that opened half a block from my home...one of theose glitter and chrome places with more sound system than weights, advertising jazz dance, and all those things you do (we call them aerobics) and many things
...a trainer walked me through and then I saw...NO squat rack, NO calf machines/racks, a flimsy peck deck, NO tricep machines, ...the list goes on and on...
..I told him to his face: "I won't sign up - sh*t gym! You don't know what a real gym is!"
He told me it was a great gym.....makes me think about what Bruce Lee once said: "Those who don't know that they're walking in darkness will never seek the light"

i'm backing ifear on this one .......nothing beats the standing calf machine ......that and some good calf gentics cheers to that bro! I feel my calves BURNING after the standing calf machine lol.. I LOVE that feeling. Feels like someone is slicing your calves off...I LOOOOOVE IT!
