hey guys, this is a great site!!! i must say thanks to tim for providing help and great info. i am currently starting to diet low carb, and i was wondering if i should throw in some creatine so the muscles are not soo flat and so i can maintain strength. also would creatine help to maintain water in the joints?
Carefully follow the label instructions, drink plenty of water while using creatine. I cycle off of it when using it at least two, to four weeks before using it again.
