This is ridiculous.
Let's punish someone for being too good.

This is one time I think a lawsuit for silliness is waranted.
The league should have to come up with something to own up to the fact that they could damage this kids potential.

and it may not be possible for him to play in another league due to age and where he lives.
NOTE: I got kicked out of a league when I was outside of the town limits because one of my area's coaches wanted me. I missed a chance for the all-star team because of it.

Anyway - What kind of message is this to send to the children. Don't do your best or you won't be allowed to play.
