Hi WOTW!
I've not been online during the past couples of days because I had the chance to spend the long weekend in Boston with my friends Randy and Jennifer!
What a weekend we had! HAd a great diner downtown, went on a cruise (Spirit of Boston), played some fun Wii games, had pizza and movie night, went to a Red Sox game and even did a mini-golf tournament!
All that plus a couple of good fast food meals!
All that over a single weekend... a dream weekend!
Oh and how could I forgot those two INTENSE workout!
Did some crazy deadlifts!!! Randy's last set was with 5 x 45lbs and 25 lbs each side!!! Did some Back triangle pull down (up to 270lbs) and seated row... failure, rest-pause, failure, rest-pause... Aaaaaargh!!! (That was Randy and I SCREAMING in this dirty hardcore gym

Chest day was not any easier... in another hardocre gym, the Olympia gym! We even finished the training with a farmer walk... Wooooooou Whooooo.... what a great feeling!
I didn't have any time to upload the pictures of the trip, but will do when I can! Randy, I know you took a lot of shots so... PICS PICS PICS! ;D
Randy, Jennifer, thanks a lot for being such great friends, we appreciate you to a point you don't even know... because we don't have enough english vocabulary to express it properly!
WOTW is a very unique group with a solid friendship, and this trip to Boston is just another proof of it!
