I've been following Jeff Rodriguez's training thread over on MD's forums. He has an outstanding all natural physque. I was thrilled to see that he took his class this year.  |

I agree, Joel. Jeff has been getting bigger and better every year.
This show is his annual objective, and his symmetry and conditioning this year looked like his best ever. His goal is to be even better next year and take the overall.

Jeff looks very formidable on stage. He likes this show since it places a high premium on conditioning and the lighter guys have a realistic shot at an overall title (Chris Falido won the overall in 07 as a welter weight, and in 2000 Marvin Ward won the overall as a bantam).

Agree, Joel. I've spoken with him at a show and he is likeable, dedicated and a real role model for others. Wishing him the best!
