when you start lifting , you cant wait for chest day .
after a few years your cant wait for chest day to be over so you can go and do leg day
when you start lifting , you worry about your bi's and your abs .
after a few years you worry about calvs quads and delts
you realy change the way you think after a few years ... seems funny , but i love tha change

I agree bro...at first all you want to do is see how much you can bench and do mega-curls,never taking into consideration that triceps are the largest part of the arm!!
I actually like training legs more than arms ...even though neither are very impressive!! LOL

I kind of like leg day too..
Simply because I like the pain I feel afterwards.
Chest/bis day is great though too!

Chest/bis day is great though too! dont get me worng ...i love working chest ( plus that one of my stronger body parts ) but that feeling after a very hard leg day ...the feeling of victory , over iron , over flesh , over pain ...nothing comes close . limping my way home from the gym is painfull but i'm smileing all along the way

I think that i was a very strange young guy: I always like to train every muscle part! I loved them all equal but differently like they were my kids ;D
seriously, i must admit that i enjoy more the legs training today than 8 years ago!

bis used to be the favorite. Now I love tris, all of the back and...hmmm...that's it. Those are my favorites now. I don't hate leg days anymore. That's a huge improvement.

I've always had an instant connection with bi's and quads. My tri's and hams on the other hand, took a lot of time to develop that connection. I have it now, and it's good. To me, there is no replacement for feeling your legs pumped with blood, wobbling from squats. Actually, I do have one that beats that feeling, for me. Do a heavy set of deadlifts and your pulling close to your max, and after a few deep breaths on the last rep or two, you finish your set. Then you set the bar down and everything turns white- your head spins- and you can't concentrate on anything but getting back your equalibrium. Now DAT, is training to me (to paraphrase Arnold in PI when he talks about Ed Corney posing).
