Hey bro! How the heck are ya? Long time no see! I stopped over your place one day. Jumped in Kyle's log. I dont think he saw it, but I was there. Looks like everything is going well. Your competing? I'm with Eric, haven't been around much, but I do think about all my peeps here at WOTW!
It's been a busy, hectic, REWARDING year for me and it keeps getting better and you people are part of that. Thank you.

Great to hear from you guys! As for updates:
In 2008 I landed the cover of Iron Man, did my first guest posing gig, picked up two IFBB pros as clients...Jenny Lynn and Mandy Polk, worked closely with VPX but now am with Goliath Labs with whom I will be the main athlete, continued my columns with both IM and Muscular Development, and will be filming a PRRS/FDFS DVD on 12/22 and 23 along with Hossjob for Iron Man magazine.
And more to come!
