Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with the DASH Diet for hypertension?
I've read the internet articles on it, and bought a book by it's authors and read it this weekend.
I'm considering giving it a try after the first of the year. It has a 14 day challenge guaranteed to lower your blood pressure.
The only draw back I see as a lifter is it's limitations on animal protein.
Thoughts?
