Hello everyone, I am a new member to this board. I am 39 years old and I am currently training for my first bodybuilding show in April. I will be posting my daily workout log and any feedback would be appreciated.

It is the Body Language Natural Physique Association contest. It is in Seekonk Mass on April 11th.
