Merry Xmass..I try to incorporate all Disciplines in My Training of Clients.Resistance Training has its Value but not exclusively.Aerobics are Beneficial ,but they must be in corporated in The Whole!!Pilates are Great but they must be combined with other Disiplines.I try to Train My Clients with a wide Variety of Activities to deverlop all aspects of fitness. I rescently took a Course in Yoga.It been a week and I am Sore!!! My Back ,abs ,legs Ect ALRIGHT MR.BEEFY No Laughing!!!LOL #alol8tc# #alol8tc# You are Probably Thinking Vin Dog is Sore From Yoga??? ???Dude Must Be Getting Old!!!! #bhomersimp5yy# Seriously I am really sore after the first week of Yoga!!! VinDawg! I wouldn't laugh (heheheheh, much!) I think it is GREAT that you look at all aspects of training this way. It is the only way to grow and get better and healthier!
BIG Kudos to the VinDawg!
By the way, our friend, Greg Page just started a kettle bell class with the same intent! Said he was quite sore too!
So you're not alone big guy!

A few years back I took a Yoga class to make fun of it. Kicked my butt, got hooked on it for about 2 years. Have not done it in a while, but I do remember how sore I was at the start. I also remember how much better my flexibility was.

I like the concept of yoge but could never work out the timing... class came the day after legs- bad idea. etc.

Yoga is a very old and developed disclipine. And can be quite demanding. The pop books with housewives in leotards gives a false image of this discipline.
