Thought ya'll would enjoy this. Anyway every Monday is leg day and last monday I and my training partner were doing legs. It was a rep range workout to boot. Now we tend to get pretty intense when doing legs i will admit however thats how we motivate each other for our set/sets. Now its not loud screaming, its just in an aggressive tone. Well my wife and daughter were also workout out and they were in the other room talking about something totaly different and my daughter rolled her eyes at what they were talking about. An my wife started to laugh. Well here is were it gets good. A guy/kid/punk/dickhead/wimp assed faggot(not knowing that he was talking to my wife) makes the statement that we, beings myself and training partner were abnoxious and that he has to listen to this everyday in the gym from us. Then proceeds to say to her that we dont even lift that heavy to make noise about. Now that got under my skin a little cause i sure as hell didnt see him in there with 385 on his back for 7 and 9 then 315 for 14 done in a you go i go method. So i was a little pissed.
I guess the whole morrel of this story is that if you are going to bit*h about somebody to somebody else, make sure its not their spouse. Cause word WILL get back to them.
Oh yeah i told my training partner about it and we will have some fun with this when this feller is at the gym the same time we are..

Hoops!
I know what ya mean!
Some "gym people" just don't have a clue.
We always laugh at some of the things we see there. Normally, during the day, we call it "yuppie-time". Light weights, etc., looking very atheletic in their designer attire. Not knocking it, just saying.
When my wife and I walk in with our sweats, torn sleeves, etc they just move out of our way, especially when they see my wife get under a squat bar for a few hundred pounds.
Hey- just do what ya gotta do,

Something similar happened to me Steeve! I entered the gym locker room after a long day at the office and saw a man which seemed to be a new member at the gym. So I went to a locker just right to him and said Hi. He said hi and told me that it was his first day at the gym... he was glad he could find a great gym where there is not to much big bodybuilders who like to watch them self in the mirror because they are egocentric! "They don't train for the right reasons, they are big but not healthy" he added! "Arms are all they have and you cannot have a intelligent discussion with them in the gym". You should have seen his face when I took my clothes off and put on my Under Armor stuff I ended up the conversation by only saying "Welcome to the gym, if you have any questions about anything, just ask me, my name is Maurice"
