Ok guys (and gals)..... The new year kicked off great..... Haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks (Haven't done that in 5 years! ) Bernie and I both have terrible colds. My BP is still not under control properly. Bernie had an abnormal MRI of her brain, and must take some pretty (toxic) meds to control it (Lupus related). Body weight is up, etc, etc, etc. SO.....I need to Kick out of this rut. Still unsure if I want to go back to bodybuilding or keep with powerlifiting.... Sorry...didn't mean to rant.....just needed to vent a bit! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Frank Dont want to tell you what to do My Friend,but with high BP might want to do more Bodybuilding WITH CARDIO than Powerlifting.I KNOW YOU LOOK GOOD NOW !!! #bflexsmiley1vs# bUT WANT TO KEEP LOOKING BETTER!!!!I do a lot of cardio now!!!!OH YEAA I take AEOOBIC DANCE CLASSES OH YEA That would be a Visual!!! ;D And You Probably not believe this but I ran a Mile in Lessthat a Half Hour!!! #bhomersimp5yy# Seriously Frank ,Health is More Important Than How Much you can Deadlift!!!
