Training with very slow negs and holds on all contracted movements. Taking a bit off the weights but making it very intense.
Seated DB press 80 x 8
DB side lats 25 x 12, Drop - 20 x 4, + 5 1/2 reps (hold)
Cable side lats 30 x 10 + 2 Negs
Tricep pushdown 100 x 11 RP (1 pause)
Overhead DB ext 80 x 10
Rev. single arm push down R 40 x 13 L 40 x 13
Treadmill 20 Mins Intervals 5.0 - 7.0 222 cals

No lifting! No cardio! No nothin today. All out workin our tails off trying to get the NEW Results Personal Training open. I want to be done with demo, construction, paint,flooring, moving equipment, everything by NEXT WEEK!!!
