Glad your feeling better, Randy. What weight do you plan competing at? Keith You know what Kieth. I am not sure. As strange as this sounds. Its hard to tell right now. I was thinking of dropping another 15 LBs.. Gona have to play it by ear. Its been a BRUTAL prep thus far. Soooooo much going on at one time. I just keep pluggn away until I see some sort of shape coming in.. I put on some size since last year. Just unsure of how much exactly..

Wow, you were up to 222lbs. !!!! I want to see some pics!!
I'm still curious as heck about DC training! I thought about giving it a go this year just got caught up in my usual routine though.
Looks like you've kind've integrated the best of both worlds into your prep training!

Looks like you've kind've integrated the best of both worlds into your prep training! Yeah and I am still fat!!! I love DC training. I am doiing this week because I am short on days. I may continue with it next week. Its best for offseason when you are gaining. I honestly think you would really like it.

What kind of warm ups do you use when you train this way, Randy?...Do you count warm up set as total sets or just count the working set?

Example may be: Work weight of 405 135 x 12 225 x 8 315 x 6 365 x 2-4 405 x Goal reps I will only do limited warm ups and FAR from failure on them.

Hey rubes- what are pinwheels? Cant find a pic. There used to be one somewhere on a couple different sites... Its like an alternating DB hammer curl but accross the body.
