Hey rubes- what are pinwheels? Cant find a pic. There used to be one somewhere on a couple different sites... Its like an alternating DB hammer curl but accross the body. Ah- so right arm, when at peak contraction, has the DB over the left pec?

Those sumo leg presses really get at the hams and glutes from a different angle don't they? I was really supprised at how sore I was today. Didn't really feel like I'd done enough, you know?
Great workout, I know how tough it is to keep pushing when you're soooo depleted!
