Sorry if this is posted, I looked but couldn't find my exact answer.
On a "perfect" cutting diet, would soy sauce be okay or are there ANY negative effects other that the sodium? Thanks!!!

Hi Driven,
Soy sauce is a great diet choice because you'll only get few calories from it, when for example, it's used with your chicken breast as a marinade.
But you asked if there is some negative effects if used on a "perfect" cutting diet... so my answer would be yes! In fact, the Soy sauce is a simple carb source (Sugar) so if you want to diet to the extreme, I'd say don't use it. That being say in my opinion there is a whole lot of things to cut from your diet before cutting those 2-3g of sugar per portion...

I concur with Mo! Sugar, sodium, etc., not my choice if trying to "perfect" my diet. More and better choices out there, or go without.

AWESOME! That's exactly the information I was looking for. My goal is a "perfect" 12 week cut, so since I already cooked up about 4 days worth i'll use it, then cut it completely. Thanks guys I appreciate it!
