This is my first post here, been planning on posting for awhile but I is lonely and booze is my life nowdays so I was waiting to sober up...lol...like that was gonna happen...anyhow just wanted to stop by and say it is a cool looking site. Ski is a good guy withlots of knowledge. I noticed Gerry T post here as well he is always level headed (unlike me..lol). I will try and stop by twice a week and help with any basic questions. Ski, keep it up it is a long slow process building a web site but if you keep the scammers and dealers away eventually your site will be bigger than you ever thought!

I`ve been waiting for you to climb out of that damn bottle and post something here!!j/k ;D I do not have a forum for discussing drug topics and will not add one.If a person is on the juice that`s fine with me but he doesn`t have to talk about it here.I have nothing against anyone using drugs as it`s a personal choice/decision. Besides I`ve used them myself in the past,but there are plenty of boards out there that talk drugs, and practically never mention training or nutrition.Anyway welcome to the forum,I`ll be looking forward to seeing more posts from ya bro!
