Hello guys-- wow it's almost been a year since this birthday wish that GerryT sent me. Alot was not accomplished bodybuilding wise for me BUT.... I have an announement- I have decided WHAT show and WHEN:
NPC Northern Colorado
April 2011
This show is supposed to be a good one for newbies to the competition front- it's a smaller show than the Rocky and the Colorado so perhaps a little less intimidating. I have alot of supporters on my side and cannot tell you how hard I am working at this. For those of you that are active on facebook (yep I'm an addict) and are not sick of dealing with yet another online thing to keep track of, please let me know if you'd like to link up there. I love all you guys here-- it's goona be a GREAT year.
