10 days till men's prejudge (but who's counting?)! ;D
Been quiet in here. How is everyone doing. James, Carl, Neal, Eric, and others, hope the homestretch is going well.
Keith (masterschamp) is not competing but will be there cheering everyone on. A few issues came up, but things are good with him now.
I should be in Pittsburgh at the hotel late Wednesday evening and staying Thursday through Sunday. Leaving early Monday morning. Hope to see you guys there.

4 more days!!!!!! A couple more "rough" days ahead with carb depletion water drinking. Then it's all down hill from there. Looking forward to the adventure of the BIG SHOW!!!! No update photos or any talk about how I feel about my conditioning etc.... The way I feel is, if you're not where you need to be by know then you won't be ready for the stage. With that being said, next pics will be from the show. Hope to meet many of you there.

Carb depletion sucks. Im on day 3, basically eating keto diet, high protein, low to med fat- not very high. Lots of water. Coffee! Thanks to Carl for making push more on the water, I have a worn track on the carpet to the bathroom. Sleeping? What's that? I'm doing ab shots at 4 am, after each trip to the bathroom.

Frank, responded to your PM. Thanks.
Saw Neal (doing over 40 bantam, over 50 light and over 60 light!). Three trophies for Neal, hopefully!! ;D
Also saw Carl, doing the over40 bantam, and James who will be competing in over 40 supers and over 50 supers. Go for it, guys.
All made weight at weigh ins and will do WOTW proud!!
Unfortunately, did not see Eric. But he will be aforce to reckon with and a pro card candidate!!
Also Keith should be attending the show. Go WOTW!

Amazing show! 405 competitors all told and classes were large and very competitive. Congrats to Carl and Neal. Carl was 6th in over 40 bantams. He was in good condition and presented himself well. Neal was 5th in the over 40 bantams and 2nd in over 60 lightweights. These classes were super tough and these gentlemen competed very well. James was in a very tough over 40 superheavy. The winner of this class also won overall. James looked terrific and deserved higher. Hope he tries over 50 next time. Eric Brugh was 4th in over 40 superheavy, and was hard and in top shape. He deserved higher as well. Great to see Keith also. Did not compete, but was there for moral support. Sure he will be on stage again. Great to see everyone. For photos, www.musculardevelopment.com/browse/index.php?mode=contest&eventcode=1334But that is judging.

Tough show. lots of fun- well once the prejudging was over, lol. 490 competitors or something exteme like that. I got dusted in the over 40"s supers despite coming in more defiend last year and 11 lbs heavier at 237! They have pics at muscular development.com. I'm going to do the over 50's supers next year ( I have my reasons) and add another 12 lbs-15 lbs of muscle - lets see where 250 ripped gets me in that division? GREAT meetng Neal, Gerry and the gang! Really good people!
