when shoulder pressing i have developed a habit ...where to stay tight in holding a heavy barbell ...i sort of do a "front relaxed" pose...where my lats come forward. Only when doing a shoulder press...my hands are pointed up..instead of pointing down when doing a front relax pose.
by doing this..i can also hold the bar above my chest. Notice the bar stops at the bottom of the movement without going any lower.
is this correct?

Looks alright to me, I would use a little bit more range of motion at the top though. Its ok not to lock out completely.
