I am Confused!!! I recently thought that to gain strength and Muscle you had to ingest at least one gram of complete protein for every lb of lean bodyweight. This was done with 6 or 7 or more small meals.I changed my Diet to almost Purely Vegetarian.Mainly Grain Fruits and Vegatables 3 meals!!! ::)My Strength went up I am getting Real Ripped and went from 192 t0 168 since Jan 1,My Endurance is also up.Contrary to what I believed early in my Career.I know I am 62 now and digestion is not the same But? ???Any Feedback would be appreciated!!!

Vin-O! You know, I think it's like anything in this sport. There are a million guru's out there telling you waht is the "best" way to do things. When I talked to Danny "The Giant Killer" Padilla, he told me that when everyone was using high ratio's of protein in their diets, he was using high ratio's of carbs, and got just as ripped, because THAT is what worked for him. I think that's the key. Doing what works BEST for you. Experimentation. More protein? More juice? More reps? More weight? More women (can't go wrong on this one!) In my brief journey with brother iron and sister steel, I found that a lot of unorthodox stuff works for me. There are a lot of ripped muscular Vegan's out there too. Go with the flow brother !
