Vince reminds me of the gym Sunny and I train at. It cracks me up watching the wantabe's talking to her when she is trying to get in a good workout.

I think EVERY gym has the potential to be like this at times. At one gym I workout at .... There has been a guy there training, I'm guessing, at least 3-4 years with a trainer. VERY social....but I think he has gotten bigger, rounder, and more unhealthy every year. Not sure if I'm more appalled at his regression, or the trainer just taking his money. At my second gym.... VERY typical to see the comic strip day-in and day-out. "Fine" ladies working out and "wannabees" just getting in the way. There was two young kids at the gym today (late teens, early twenties) doing a leg workout in the squat rack. They were facing "away" from the rack, with a bar holding a total of 40 lbs. They were squatting about half depth...and grunting like they were squatting 500 lbs. They continued to walk away from the rack and talk to the young ladies who were obviosult not interested and trying to work out (BOTH young ladies were drenched in sweat, and had bodies that proved thier dedication to competing). I had to jerk their chain and remind them to put their weights up when they were done....they just looked at me like I was some old guy trying to get in on thier "game-time". So of course, I decided to remove my sweats (wearing a tight string tank, and spandex shorts underneath), got into the squat rack, loaded 400 lbs, and cranked out a few reps. Just for fun, I did a few flexes in the mirror with my guads. The "children" packed thier bags and hurried out the door. Moral?...Hell no...no moral(ity)! The ladies asked me to help them with their leg work out! Stupid kids!  ;D |

Vince...I said they were drenched in sweat...of course they were hot! LOL! Ohhhhhhhh....you mean THAT kinda hot! Of course! They were (ahem)...yummy! |
