Do you guys take naps between your meals. I sometimes do when i feel tired. I usually get in about 1- 1 1/2 hrs of napping....before i have to get up and eat again..

I try to squeeze in a nap every day!! I usually don`t sleep too great, and even if I did,I would definately advocate taking a nap or even two, if you have the luxury of having the time to do so. You only grow at rest!!  |

I go by how I feel....if I'm sleepy, and I have the time, I take a nap! Love 'em! :Boring:

I try to squeeze in a nap every day!! I think he means a voluntary nap Tim!!! I get up at 5am to go to work. I usually get off anywhere from 9 to 12. First thing I do is check my e-mail (have to look for love letters from my various telemarketers, I also need some of those pills they talk about too!), then eat and take a nap. My naps vary from 20min to 2 hours. I just fall asleep and whenever I wake up, I wake up. However it normally takes about an hour total. Then I eat again, and hit the gym........... |

Sounds like a life of luxury to me!!  Coming from somebody who complains if she can't sleep 12 hours a day!!! And I lead a pretty laidback life. I like to keep it that way too. |

Workin' for me? Doubt it. And of late, I've been missing so much sleep I can't say it ever worked. The bags under my eyes are so big, they resemble the bags Princess Vespa had in "SpaceBalls."

Naps are great, I eat a quick lunch then nap for the remainder of the hour at work.

First, if i take a naps... i will feel like a zoombie for the rest of the day ;D Secondly, when can i take a naps? 8h00 A.M. to 6h00 P.M. - Drive my car, work, eat, urinate, eat again, work again (if time allowed it ) , write on W.O.T.W., eat, etc. 6h00 P.M. to 8h00 P.M. Workout, Shower 8h00 PM to 11h00 PM Eat, "love my girlfriend", write on W.O.T.W., call my mom and go to bed So explain me... ;D Mo |

LOL, I would LOVE to take naps in the afternoon. But it's pretty tough here at work!! What's that old Dilbert cartoon? He wakes up and he has keyboard marks on his face. He gets called to the bosses office. The boss says, "what's wrong with your face?". Quickly thinking, he replies, "I have a disease... it's called qwertyitis." HAHA, I have that disease :Boring: |
