OK everyone......
My CHAMPION powerlifitng wife is going for two years in a row!
Countdown time...we leave for Virigina next Wednesday, where she will compete in the USAPL 2nd RAW Nationals!
She won her weight class last year...with a torn rotator cuff!
Now that she is "New and improved".....I'm willing to bet my next paycheck that she WILL win it two years in a row!!!!
Her bench is back up to speed, and she is KILLING her squat AND deadlift too! They will NEVER see her coming! HA!
And on an aside.....The USAPL posted last years BEST LIFTERS for 2008 on their web site......
Female-Raw-Masters 132.....YOU GOT IT...MY WIFEY WAS THE BEST LIFTER FOR 2008!!!!! BOOYA!
SO.....here we go.....wish us luck...the meet is in Charlestown Virginia, July 25-26-27. Bernie lifts on Friday.....then she goes down in the history books for her TWO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IN A ROW!!!!
Will keep you posted on the happy event!
