Well..we just got back from Virginia from the USAPL RAW Nationals.

YES....my lovely and very strong wife, Bernie, did it again! First Place Womens 132 Masters! That's TWO years running! Dare we go for 3 next year? Of course we will!

She went 8 for 9 white lights. On her first dead lift, it was WAY light for her, and she leaned a bit forward and got red lighted. We will beat her properly at training next week for that one ;D

AND....she increased her Totals for a new PR by 40 pounds!
Looks like that torn rotator cuff has completely healed,,,and then some!

Had a great time, took in some sites, attended an Native American Powwow, visited with a lot of new and old friends too!

Ok, slight confession.....all this powerlifitng stuff got to me....so I might go back and start training as a PL again!

God save us all!
