Tara - Hang in there, you're doing awesome. I found through my separation that the gym is the best place for me to be to push through the emotional rollercoaster. Don't worry about the 5 days with family, think of it as a sh*t load and now you will be back on track. Your diet and workouts look fantastic

I got asked out on a date yesterday! My soon to be ex says he doesn't care...kind of scary though..met him at the gym..tall, dark, handsome...makes me wonder what he sees in me....lol

Hey there everyone...long ass Monday today...I got 3 hours of sleep and just was not in the mood for teenagers today
Hit the gym at 5 AM and had a decent workout
LEG PRESS: 6 plates +35#
LEG EXTENSION: 150#
STANDING CALF RAISE: 120#
CLOSE STANCE LEG PRESS: 3 plates per side
LEG CURLS: 120#
ARNOLDS: 30s
LAT RAISES: 20s
FRONT RAISES: 15s
LYING REAR DELT RAISE: 15s
30 min. cardio
FOOD: good today!

Ok . . .we can read between the lines ;D "Food was good today" That could mean: It tasted good because I'm a great cook, or it was good because I stayed on my diet plan, or it was good becuase it was ice cream! Were you good with your diet or was the food you ate REALLY good?

I just ate two Tilapia and a teaspoon of Walnut oil...yummy!
I went so far as to buy a cookie today...then put it back!

Did some chest and triceps this morning..decent but lack of sleep and carbs are taking their toll...taking a day off tomorrow

Diet: another good day
1: whey pudding...ok, it was whey and water, but it was thick and pudding-like...lol 2: scrambled eggs, apple slices, tuna 3: hard boiled eggs, lettuce 4: tuna, lettuce 5: whey, berries, PB 6: egg whites, veggies, a little sprinkle of cheese
Wow...now that I"m single, it's like waking up to a new world of hot men! lol....I never noticed them all before! Life is good..lol

Spandex really? Who wears spandex anymore? Some people cannot let go of the Jane Fonda days..lol
I feel like I'm the only person on here that inserts random stuff that has nothing to do with bodybuilding...ah well..it's my journal and I'll do what I want!

I don't like the word "diet" by the way. I prefer to ask, "How is your nutrition"? I agree Beefy, Bill Phillips had a serious dislike for the word "diet" as well. He called it "die-it." When I'll say the word diet, people look and say "Why on earth are you on a diet?!" But it's really just describing what you eat over X amount of time. But since we as America are so overweight and use every fad diet out there, the word has just become synonymous with cutting calories and being restricted. I feel like I'm the only person on here that inserts random stuff that has nothing to do with bodybuilding...ah well..it's my journal and I'll do what I want! Cafeful Tara!!! Some of the Moderators around here have very itchy trigger fingers!!!!
