We're going to PF Chang's tonight for dinner. His favorite gift so far, is a t-shirt of Walter saying "Shut the Hell Up!" I got him from www.jeffdunham.com We're going to see Jeff Dunham in August. 6/20/08 Treadmill 30 minutes 150 cals burned.

I hope you guys had a great time at dinner. For your treadmill are you doing interval training or straight walking? I tried HIT last night and it killed my knee.

We had a great time, the honey chicken was awesome!
Treadmill is straight walking - just got off the treadmill 30 minutes 3.6 speed 152 cals burned.
For my HIT workouts I"m doing the following: (I got it off of bodybuilding.com in the Women's section) This is suppose to be done with a deck of cards or 15 reps, 2 sets Jump squats Jumping jacks Alternating Jump Lunges High Knees Mountain climbers Running butt kicks Wide push ups Jumping jacks bicycle crunches
This is a killer!
