Ok...supposed to be a light day at the gym. Stretched, warmed up...did my bench workout..... Went to do some good-mornings...and.... "pop"..... LEFT Hamstring! If I could go 6 months without an injury...that would be really nice! It's really not too serious...I believe it's a Level 2 strain. I'll just take it easy and train through it! After all....you'd be surprised what I can do on one leg!!! Man-Up!! ;D

Yup...it goes with the territory I guess! Some of us just push it a little too much sometimes, but hey, "a baby gotta do, what a baby gotta do! " LOL! I did learn something intersting when researching hamstring injuries. I found a statement on MedLine that said that if you had a recent back injury in the L5-S1 region (which I did!), that the nerves could predispose you to hamstring injuries. "Leg bone connected to da' - back bone, and da' back bone connected to da' .........."
