Would that be 1000 calories? lol..I don't see how you can eat so little day after day...it kind of worries me!!!

Monday 10/5/09 Diet Totals: I ate way too much today, I'm not even going to put it into fitday LOL! You needed a higher day of calories anyway. Watch going so low, you do not want to get your metabolism all goofed up.

My calories are not low on purpose. Emotional & financial crap going on with the ex. Emotions are now in check #k0104ne# lightbulb dawned on marble head LOL! Hopefully the finances will chill out soon too.
Generalization of my diet at the moment is: 3 Egg whites and 1 whole egg 1/4 cup oatmeal or a South Beach bar I miss the blueberries & protein shake 4 oz chicken & 1/2 cup green beans I miss protein shake either chicken, steak or sometimes more eggs I throw in a couple of tablespoons of Smart Balance Peanut Butter over the course of the day.
Protein shakes make me cold - strange I know but they do. So I haven't been drinking them because my office is so cold. I've been drinking Get Lost tea instead, great for taking away the sweet craving at 2:30 in the afternoon.
I will be adding the protein shakes back in starting tomorrow.

I am so proud of you Dot! You are pulling it together! Diet looks great! One way to get protein is if you like oatmeal, the quick cooking kind, then take 1/2 cup QC cooking and mix with hot water, to the consistency you like, add cinnamon 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder mix, add more water if too thick and add 1 tsp of All fruit.....YUMMY and warm!!!

I'm ok today, kind of early to tell LOL! Yes my dog (Abbey- Chinese Shar-Pei) has me up at 2:00 a.m. to go outside. She's 13 and gets me up every night between 1:00 and 4:00 a.m. Today she goes to the vet to get her ears flushed so I'm hoping to get 2 nights of sleep before she starts scratching again. Poor thing, over the last couple of weeks she's been showing more signs of getting old. She is already deaf and 1/2 blind. Of course at 2:00 a.m. she turns into a puppy, butt up in the air and all LOL!
Hoping to get back in the gym tomorrow.

I am glad a you are sort of feeling better! ;D Yuck, getting up that early reminds me when Alexa and Dylan were new borns and getting up was so TIRING! Takes you back with the dog?/. I hope you do get some sleep especially if you are getting over being sick you need the sleep.

I've been fighting off something for 2 weeks, today I got a cold Todays Diet Totals: 1082 cals, 28.5 fat, 113 carb, 90 protein Treadmill - 30 minutes, 155 cals.

There is ALOT going around. My two kids had colds last week and now I have a mild one! Calories are looking real good. How is your daughter doing since she got married?
