The BFTO tapes/dvd's are worth it and should be added to your collection. There is so much out there that is so cool.

Right now Flex Wheeler has Hardbody and Mass Construction on dvd for $35 on his website. So I ordered those. I also ordered Pumping Iron 2: the women. Can't wait to see Rachel Mchlish.

The rental policies are simple. Just bring several pounds of fresh protein to the door (dont worry I'll cook it) and just plan on staying awhile. Pretty simple huh?

Well I hate to say it, but I do not own a single video of BBing and I have never seen one, should I be banned from the board or what, I do remember when ESPN had shows of pros lifting but that is all I have ever seen besides seeing some of them in the gyms training personally...

Bring a combo. It's easier for me to pick at. You know when your cooking you have to have quality taste control go into effect. I wouldn't serve something that I haven't tasted.
Also keep in mind when cooking food shrinks. If you bring 10lbs of protein over then don't be mad if only 4.5lbs is left.
Man, my grill sure does shrink some food. It gets worse when cousin In-human comes over.
