Anyone use digestive enzymes as a supplement?
Share experience? Good, bad, ugly?
Thanks,
Frank

Papaya enzymes when taking in larger amounts of protein...they are not harsh on the stomach and are relatively cheap.

Thanks guys (that inlcudes you Tara!) ! For the past few days, I've been experimenting with something called Zypan which has a healthy mix of all the essential enzymes. It was suggested by my Chiropractor and his wife, who run a Health and Wellness Center. So far, no complaints, and I do feel much less bloated. My research tells me that they also act as a catalyst in transporting nutrients more efficiently into the blood stream...so we'll see if that's true too. I've switched over to a healthy bunch of supplements from Scivation (Rubes ), and feel pretty good with the transition, although I don't care much for the taste of the Whey Protein (yuck!), but I just tell myself..."Fule the Machine", and swallow it down! Thanks again for the input. Much appreciated! Frank
