Well I ended up in 4'th place in the over 40 Master's division at the Kentucky Muscle. It was a very competitive class this year, the winner was the eventual heavy wt. and overall winner.   I'll post some more pics later. |

Nice job Joel! Your wifes a knockout- lucky dog. Hard to see the details in the pics, but I like your front double biceps- nice vacuum! Also really like your standing relaxed pose- you look greaat there- wiiide. For some reason that width doesn't show in the other pics (except the front double bi).. Maybe side delts and and tris aren't 'popping' as much? Anyway, nice look!

Sorry, Joel. Just saw this. Congrats on a great effort. Looked lean and with good proportions. Giving it your best is what makes you a champion.
