hello guys- starting a new journal here. I am not good at making time to post specifics but would like to post highlights of some of my workouts, struggles and triumphs- both mental and physical- for the coming months.

Did a leg workout tonight. I have not worked legs out in MONTHS and it felt great. My poundages were pathetic but I believe it's just because I'm out of practice mentally more than anything else- gotta get that mind-muscle connection going again.

Took last night off which was planned. Despite the wimpy poundages on leg workout night before MAN was I sore yesterday--- it was a good kind though-- a kind I hadn't felt in a LONG time.

Last night I hit chest. I am trying out a new split which called for doing back however my intention was to hit hams and lower back and didn't feel that I should given the level of soreness I still had from Monday's leg workout so I did chest instead. I did inclines with a Smithm then hammer str incline and then did cable cross overs. Then for some fun I hit bis.

Worked back last night- Hammer strength High Row and lat pulldown. Then some T-Bar. Got a great pump in my back which is unusual.

Off Friday and untentioanally off today... AND ate pizza and cookies- NOT a good say-- I will be good tomorrow- big training day.

Despite a lower back pinch, I did a great workout for hams and calves- really burned out my calves- took seated calf raise and standing raise seriously- lower weights, complete reps, pause at top- I was burned and it felt great.
My diet is improving and really transforming back into what a bodybuilder should be eating to pack on mass. I have been lucky enought to have my good friend Massive giving me pointers and encouragement.
