I pulled this from my most recent journal entry to run as a single thread. Just proud of all the hard work my son has put into this season....he's such a great kid, a terrific team leader, and very humble...he would never talk about himself, so, in this case, I thought it might be ok for dad to do it! ;D
Saturday night the 12-13 year old tackle football team I coach won our league's Super Bowl, 33-19 !! My son Kyle, who plays Fullback, rushed for over 200 yds and had 3 TD's, and played a terrific game at Middle Linebacker as well....it was a very good night!!! ..........A very proud dad!!

Keith! Congrats to the BOTH of you! Like father like son, huh? You have very right to be proud. That is quite an accomplishment, and hopefully, just a start of many more! My wife and I firmly beleive in parenting being a vocation. We have to be the roots which give life to the family tree, even if their are a few nuts in the tree! LOL! Please give our best to your son! Remember..HE can be an inspiration to so many....just like Dad!  Frank |

He is just a great kid, and a terrific leader.....when the team was sitting together for the trophy presentations he went to each one of his teammates, gave them a hug and said "thank you"..........It was a beautiful thing to see.
