OK eveybody....It's about that time to start thinking about your plans for 2010.
What are YOUR plans?
Mine =
#1 Spend as much time with my beautiful wife and grandkids as possible. Do a lot more camping! Less time being stressed about life.
#2 Stay injury free.
#3 Support my wife's powerlifting endeavors.
#4 Get back on the bodybuilding stage for 3 contests, and make my comeback to bodybuilding, being huge and ripped.
#5 Be the best "ME" I can be!
#6 Last but not least . . . get to know all of you a lot better!
Now...how about you?

Hope it is a banner year for both of you.
Tim, will be rooting for you in NYC and Pittsburgh. You will have to settle for over 45 if you do Metropolitans, since that is in April. But suspect you will be hard to beat at Atlantic and Eastern USA in 55 division.

My goal is such:
On December 31, 2010 I would like to be better than I will be on December 31, 2009.
Strive to survive, and any effort will be awarded to you. If I'm even a pound heavier with as much detail, or know one more guitar lick/song...etc...whatever the case;
I will just be better!

I really had to think about this one.............after my surgery in August I really did not know where I would be at this time or what I might be considereing for competitive plans.....I started training again on September 28th at a BWT of 164.5....today I weigh 202 while waist has gone up .5 inches! (31). I would estimate that my BF is around 8-9%. My muscles have a fuller rounder look than they ever have...and this is at 53 years of age!This has been the most explosive period of growth I have had in years...to say I am pleased would be an understatement. In fact, after seeing what has transformed with my body in the last 9 weeks, I am confident that when I next step on stage I will be my biggest ever. I originally had not even planned on competing this year, but with what has taken place, I definitely am looking several shows. The Master's Nationals in July is one of them as is the Florida State Championships in August. The other is the NABBA Nationals in October(?). The NABBA show in particular is one I am looking at since the last ime I did that one I had made several mistakes and came in looking terrible........nothing at all like I had looked when I won the West Palm and Southern States just 3 months before. I would love to show up at that one in my all time best ever shape, and based on the progress I have made recently, I honestly think I could come in better than I did at the West Palm and Southern States. I just feel like I owe it to myself to make a statement in that one after the way I came in last time. However....... ;D.........I am not going to consider dropping any weight as long as I am putting on such quality size at this rate. Maybe I will finally come in as a light heavy next time..............to sum it up, I am having fun growing, and definitely will be on stage again, when the time is right.

Happy for you, Keith. Glad that everything is going so well. I know you would do great at any of those shows. Thanks, Gerry....... I'll be at the Nationals to see Eric compete even if I just do the NABBA show in the fall, so I'll see you up in Pittsburgh either way. Keith

1. Become more organized 2. Put myself first when appropriate 3. Get myself into the best shape of my life 4. Seriously entertain the idea of competing fall of 2010 5. Open myself up in order to establish more friendships with all you other nut-jobs in this sport like me.
