Question for the community:
Do you have a specific workout, day, regimen, etc., for JUST your abs?
I have found that I place abs into my workout as a "reaction" at the end of most workouts, but was wondering if it might be better to develop an AB regimen, and place it in my workouts like any other body part.
I think making my core stronger and specifically my abdominal wall tighter, will make a huge difference come MAY.
What do YOU do? Suggestions?

I've always treated abs like anyother body part. I train them hard and heavy, with the same frequency as the rest of my body parts. Abs are going to respond to resistence just like anyother muscle.
