Well....the old fat man is almost here (NO!..not me you Knot-Head!) Xmas will be here VERY soon. What are YOUR plans for the holidays? Mine: Gym . . . will NOT miss a workout. Bernie and I have a big year coming in 2010, and can't afford to miss a beat on workout days. Diet is crucial and will be a daily frustration for me. After that: CHAOS! We will be doing a LOT with the grand kids this holiday season. Then bouncing around from one house to another visiting and trying not to get frustrated by family drama (you KNOW how that is!) Since it seems everyone has such a busy schedule, we will be celebrating past the 25th. My brother-in-law has us over once a year for a big dinner and party, but that's not until the 27th, and my sister-in-law will have us over on January 2-3? So, this will be dragged WAY out. My side of the family is full of family drama, since most of the nieces and nephews have been "bickering" all year. NOT looking forward to the inevitable "blow-up". Oh well, such is the holidays! Not planning on taking too much time off from work until AFTER the holidays. Bernie's B-Day is in January, so we normally go out someplace for that (B & B Weekend?), just to wind-down and recover from the holidays. THEN... It's full-force contest prep for the BOTH of us. 2010 will be a FULL year for us. Training, Contests, Recovery, Repeat. Well...THAT'S something to look forward to! Now..how about YOU?
