Ladies and gentleman this is what I call soul food...... Breakfast.... Croissant & Cappuccino Midmorning snack..... Slice of pizza & espresso Lunch.... Meat & Sauerkraut Midevening snack.... Danish pastry or éclair & espresso Dinner...... Flat bread panini ( egg, spinach & ham ) A slice of chocolate cake

Slight modifications in the diet.....
Breakfast.
French croissant Chocolate duet with walnuts cookie Capuccinno
Midmorning snack
Slice of thin crust cheese pizza Espresso
Lunch
Grass fed beef or Venison Sauerkraut A glass of Merlot
Midafternoon snack
Fruit salad with whipped cream or blueberry pie or eclair or a danish pastry Green or white tea
Midevening snack
Flatbread panini ( Ham and egg ) Spinach salad & Sauerkraut English tea
Dinner
Sardines or cod or Oysters Salad ( Kale,broccoli,spinach,onions, bell peppers ) with balsamic vinegar, cheese, extra virgin olive oil and organic bacon crumbs. Small serving chocolate cake or Tiramisu or dark chocolate Glass of Kendell Jackson's Chardonnay.
Currently weighing 145 pounds, 11% bf and 28 inches waist. ;-)

Diet slightly modified.......
Breakfast.
1-2 slices of whole grain bread with unsalted butter or a French Croissant Cappuccino
Lunch.
Meat or Fish or Eggs or Paneer ( Persian cheese ) Spaghetti Salad ( Broccoli, spinach, asparagus , Kale, cucumber, lettuce ) Green or White tea
Mid evening snack....
A slice or thin crusted pizza or my favorite pastry or fruit salad with whipped cream and honey.
Dinner
Hummus Pita bread dipped in olive oil Small salad similar to lunch A small chunk of dark chocolate. Green or white tea.
