Dear Mother Nature . . .
Thank you for the opportunity of completing 2 hours of additional cardio and a lower back workout, by having to shovel about 36 inches of snow this morning.
It wa especially "nifty" the way you told the plows to box my truck in with all that ice . . . cute....very cute.
Since this is NOT on my training schedule, we ask that you cease and desist the snowfall.
An early Spring would be appreciated.

I use snow shoveling as a form of GPP.....another great way to burn calories and get my lazy ass to do some work. ;-)
