Hi Tim and everyone!
I posted years and years ago, then decided I really needed to stop talking and DO THE WORK.
Now I'm 55, 195 lbs lean, right now 9% bf and aiming for Europa Dallas, Masters Div 49 and over.
I started llifting with powerlifters to learn how to handle heavy weight, now back on the bodybuilding route having gained the strength I needed and gotten some abdominal issues taken care of surgically.
hi Tim and Everyone!

Ive your posing basics printed out and run thru them daily. A couple of buds with more experience than I are helping me. Starting Sunday we'll be getting together to nail down the basics and put together a routine. I'm liking Sasha Alexander's "Let me be the one" for music. I have two posers made for me by Jagwear, one lined, one un. Tanning and doing moderate cardio - 90 min a week, high incline walking- and eating clean but big! What else should I be covering? Brock

Hey, Brock! Great to hear from you, and it sounds like you basically have it covered.
Practice the posing daily, and hold each pose as long as you can. Will give you more endurance, and also a tighter look on stage. Posing is also aerobic and adds to the cardio.
Bring extra towels for the pump room to wipe off excess pro tan. in case there are no weights for pump up, can do push ups against a wall or run through posing routine backstage.
Good luck and keep us posted.
