long time away -update

Hello everyone, not sure who posts on here since its been several years since I check in.
For those who don't know me, I use to be a regular. But in the past two years, life, family and school have all but consumed my life.
The name is Steve Buccilli, former bodybuilder ( haven't done that in awhile) turned powerlifter.
I started out competing raw in powerlifting which means no supportive gear like squat suits or bench shirts. My best raw lifts have been a 465 bench, 675 deadlift and 625 squat. Best Raw total is 1705.

In the past year I have started using "gear" meaning bench shirt and squat suit.
I am drug free.

I did the IPA senior nationals last year in single ply champion squat suit, and titan f6 bench shirt.
I squated 770, benched 520, and dealifted 650 for a 1940 total

this past April I did the SPF iron house and squated
800, benched 565, and deadlifted 640 for a total of 2005

For my next meet I decided to do a USAPL meet. They have much more strict judging and drug testing. I plan on lifting raw for this meet.
I am shooting for a raw total of 1800+. The goal is start making a name for myself in the USAPL so that I can eventually get invited to the Arnold.

Great to have you back.
I'm a past IPA Powerlifter, current bb, and my wife is a 5x National Record PL in the USAPL. She is also a judge. We'll be leaving for Denver in a few days for her 6th Nationals. She is a RAW lifter.

She has lifted in the Arnold (helps run it), and will most likley lift there again next year.

thanks for the info, the meet I am doing is my first USAPL meet and will be done raw. Looking forward to it.
