Hello all. Two weeks ago I lifted in the USAPL va state championship.
this was my first usapl meet and it was well run, well judged and well, I had a lot of fun. I lifted raw
I went 3 for 3 in the squat hitting
605, 649, and 672
I went 2 for 3 in the bench
407, 441 but missing 462
I went 1 for 3 in the deadlift
605 white lights
missed 2 attempts at 638
totaled 1718 which is a pr for me
