A ton has happened since last time Ive been here. Most importantly we now have a BEAUTIFUL baby girl. Her name is Lilianna. She is the most AMAZING blessing I could have ever asked for. Other than this, its been business as usual. Hey buddy congratulations on the new baby..........truly a blessing and I bet you guys are thrilled.
I`ll definately check out your board when I get a chance bro.
HGad a bit of a rough time bacjk when I left the board.lost enthusiasm tp post and just went through the motions in the gym.........now I`m in pretty damn good shape,kinda` lit a fire under my ass once again.
Going all out for this years NPC Masters Nats and plan to be my best ever.
Dieting strict,drinking tons of liqiuids,just started cardio twice a day tonight as a matter of fact,joined the tanning salon,practicing a new posing routine,and training my fu*king balls off and then some.............just the same old sh*t bud!! LOL ;D
Great having you back on board and I hope you stay here as you were an integral part of the forum.....just post whenever you can.

Congrats on the little addition to the family, Randy! Is she ornery, like her Dad? lol I didn't realize you were doing powerlifting now. How do you like it? Far less subjective than BB, that's for sure. Cut and dried, you either lift it or you don't. Great vids from the last meet! What weight class did you compete in and what were your final lifts? Any BB shows in the near future?

Last nght the Bruins won the Stanely cup. The last time they won the cup was in 1972, 10 months after I was born. Now, they win it again 10 months after Lilianna was born. Its been a long 39 years for the Bs!!!! Simply AMAZING!!!!!!!
